All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed in your lease agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in fees, service suspension, or lease termination.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the lease agreement. Early termination may result in fees. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of vehicles.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAAG Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAAG Corp, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
